The serviceman was knowledgeable about my particular furnace, answered my questions, and gave me confidence in his ability. He knew the name/type of the furnace as soon as he saw it. The company I used last time needed two men who didnt recognize the furnace, said they couldnt find the internal filter so didnt change it (which left me worried but there is none), left the oil filter loose and I had an oil spill. I had a hard time wanting to have it cleaned again and waited four years, worried all the time about the filter they didnt change. Your company was recommended to me and your receptionist made me feel I had called someone who could service it. Your service man...perfect. Thank you.

Derrick is an exceptional technician and the company offers out of this world service. It takes the stress and worry away knowing their team cares and is also offering exceptional service. I don't know what I would have done without their great help and expertise!

Just had a new furnace installed and Nova Home Heating excelled across all metrics. Excellent communication (prompt, detailed), Professional (on-site visit for a quote, scheduling & installation was smooth) and value (very competitive pricing compared to others).

Overall I am incredibly happy with Nova Home Heating. The process was smooth at every stage. (I wish I could hire them for more unrelated things!)

Thanks so much guys. You made a somewhat stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend.
